1. Service Description
DealerBot is a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad management and social media content planning platform for your dealers. The service is provided through www.dealerbot.com.tr and related subdomains. These terms apply to all users who register for the platform or use the service.
2. Account and Registration
It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up-to-date. It is your obligation to protect your account information from unauthorized use. If you notice any suspicious access, you must notify us immediately.
3. Acceptable Use
You must use the platform only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms. The following are prohibited:
- Publishing misleading, spam, or harmful content
- Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties
- Attempting unauthorized access or abuse of systems
- Managing ads or content that violates Meta or other platform policies
- Reverse engineering the service or using unauthorized automated mass access (bots)
4. Intellectual Property
The DealerBot name, logo, interface, and software belong to us or our licensors. We grant you only a limited, non-transferable, and revocable right to use. Your content (ad copy, images, etc.) belongs to you; our use of them is limited to the extent necessary to provide the service and only with your consent.
5. Third-Party Services (Meta)
If you use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integration, Meta's own terms of use and data policies also apply to you. We are not directly responsible for any incompatibility or account restrictions you may experience with Meta; however, we try to assist within the scope of technical support.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee commercial suitability, uninterrupted operation, or a specific outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our mandatory legal responsibilities are reserved.
7. Termination
If you violate these terms, your account may be suspended or terminated. You can close your account voluntarily; your data deletion request is processed in accordance with the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
8. Changes
We may update the terms of use. Significant changes will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you have accepted the new terms.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
