1. General Information
As DealerBot, we respect your right to delete your personal data. This page explains both the data deletion processes on the DealerBot platform and, if you used Facebook/Meta login or connection, the related data deletion processes.
2. DealerBot Account and Data Deletion
To delete your DealerBot account and data stored on the platform:
- Request via email: Send an email with the subject "Data deletion request" to the contact email below. Include your registered email address and, if possible, your organization/dealer name.
- Processing time: Within 30 days of receiving your request, your account and related personal data will be deleted or anonymized. If confirmation or additional verification is needed, you will be contacted by email.
- Data to be deleted: Your account information (email, name, company info), Meta connection information (tokens and related metadata stored on our platform), usage logs and support records (except those required by legal retention obligations).
3. Facebook / Meta Related Data
If you logged into the DealerBot application with Facebook or connected your Facebook/Instagram pages or ad accounts:
- DealerBot side: When you submit a data deletion request using the steps above, Meta access tokens and related data stored on our platform will also be deleted.
- Meta side: To remove DealerBot application access from your Facebook account, you can remove the DealerBot application from your Facebook settings ("Settings and privacy" → "Apps and websites"). Meta's own data policy and deletion processes are managed through Facebook/Instagram.
4. Submit Your Request
Send your data deletion request to the email address below. If possible, use the subject line "Data deletion request" and write your registered email address.

5. Additional Information
Due to legal retention obligations (e.g., tax, commercial records), some data may be kept anonymized or with limited access for a certain period. You will be informed in this case. For our privacy policy, please see our Privacy Policy page.
